All lenders work differently and send cashback in different ways.
Here is the common ways we see:
-Some lenders will send it to your solicitor alongside the mortgage funds and your solicitor will then deduct this off their solicitors fee.
-The lenders will send the cashback automatically after so many days such as 30 days
