What Documents Will a Lender Need From You

All lenders are different and some may ask for multiple documents where as others may only ask for the basics.
The most common documents requested are:
-3 months latest payslips
-Latest p60
-3 months latest bank statements
-Copies of your passport or license
-Uinversal Credit Slips
-3 years latest tax calculations with matching overviews
-Full Accounts
-Business Bank statements if self employed
-Rental Bank Statements if in receipt of rental income
Depending on your circumstances different documents will be requested so it is important to try to get those documents to your mortgage broker as quickly as possible to speed up the time it takes for the lender to assess your case.
