We have recently had news that one lender has released an exclusive product which allows First Time Buyers to purchase a property up to 98% Loan to Value! Which means you can purchase a property with a minimum of 2% deposit (minimum £5,000)!
There is specific criteria that needs to be met however here is a few of the basic points to know:
- First Time Buyers ONLY
- Minimum property value is £101,000
- Maximum loan size is £350,000
- Minimum deposit is 2% or £5,000, whichever is the higher
- No gifted deposits allowed (deposit must come from own resource e.g. savings from employment)
